Living with osteoarthritis
Hi! Thank God I came across this forum where I can learn more from other people with arthritis. I have bilateral osteoarthritis (partial to full cartillage defect per my MRI result last month). Looking forward to meet and chat with other people with arthritis to know how they live with it.

Hello @Lor and welcome to the community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that you will find that as well.
I understand that you have bilateral osteoarthritis and are looking forward to chatting with other people who have arthritis. You have definitely come to the right place. Also can I recommend having a look at our website as it contains a lot of useful information about arthritis, treatments and hints and tips. To help I've put a couple of links in below that might be of interest.
Also on the website there is a link "In your area" which if you put your town in will let you know where your nearest group are.
Please do keep posting and let us know how you are getting on and I am sure that others will connect with you as well.
With very best wishes
