Hi can anyone recommend what mattress is best for osteoarthritis. My mattress is very soft and it's not helpful.

It is really tough if your bed/mattress is uncomfortable I totally understand.

Hiya,

I have OA of my lower spine. I have a firm mattress but have a 4” memory foam topper. So I get the support from the mattress but the foam topper is gentle on my joints.
