Oven needed for OA and Bowel issues failed
Can you advise in general a New top quality Oven using most of my savings and Benifits failed and major online seller New appliances and manufacturer refuse to repair despite Warranty.CAB and Consumer Advice fully aware but getting nowhere both companies refuse refund or repair.

A friend who used this site a lot had an oven which had what they called a slide under door. That really helped her as she could get nearer to slide food in and out.
Just a thought.
That's so wrong the existing oven being under warranty though I'd be fuming.

Thank you for joining and posting on our helpline forum, we are really sorry to hear that you are having issues with the company that you have purchased your new oven from. If the product has failed and is still under warranty, then you would assume that you would have rights under the consumer act and that the company would need to repair or replace the product.
It is good to hear that you have contacted the Citizens advice and the Consumer rights for further help which would have been our suggestion if you had not already done so, we hope you will get this issue resolved in the very near future.
