Pain in lower back and side
morning all
i have mild osteoarthritis is both hips but it is my right one that bothers me. I was just wonderinG if it is normal to get lower back ache and ache in your side above hip as well as pains in hip and groin etc. I’m freaking myself out about it. I suffer with anxiety and all I seem to be doing is obsessing about it I managed a couple of walks and tried to do my exercises last week but after a little bit of non strenuous gardening everything hurts again and so I just sit on sofa scrunched up worrying. I do know how to relax about this.
Sorry to moan but I can’t talk to husband he just shouts at me for moaning all the time. I feel so alone☹️X

Sorry to hear this and your husbands response. I guess though it's frustrating for him being powerless to change your situation. It sounds like you though are struggling not really understanding what's happening to you. Have you spoken to your GP about this ? I understand your worries as I am currently waiting for tests and scans. I do though have arthritis in my neck and foot for sure. Hope you have a good day.
