Hi, I'm 26 and recently been diagnosed with gout after having problems with my feet and flare ups for a couple of years. I was wondering if anyone else in their twenties/thirties has gout and has any advice for me. I'm struggling to come to terms with it and my mental health has taken a bit hit especially when I have major pain and an attack. And how can I tell my friends and family more about it and get them to understand and take it and the pain I go through seriously? Thanks
