Hello @jesiwel welcome to the online community
You have had OA for years and have recently been diagnosed with RA and you also have COPD. You have joined in the hope of hearing from other members who have both types of arthritis. There are numbers of members who would describe themselves as dual sufferers and I hope that you will have contact with some of them soon.
Meanwhile I attach some links which I hope you will find useful
I am impressed with the new exercise videos because they show people with different levels of mobility - (either standing and seated ) trying to gain the benefit of stretching for our joints. So I hope you will have a look at them and give them a try, it is the joining in with others that also makes a difference to our wellbeing.
We look forward to hearing from you again soon.
Take care
Poppyjane
