Osteoarthritis in knee and hip
Hi everyone. Glad to be here.
I was diagnosed last year and going back to see Consultant this week. Looks like a new hip is possible. In pain with knee to start with, but physio said it’s your hip!
Doing the exercises on here, taking paracetamol, co codamol. Did take Naproxen for a while but GP said not good to take for a while.
Now to add to everything I picked up my 3 year old granddaughter at the weekend and now my back hurts too! Should I rest, exercise or what!
Really feel at the end of my tether, as also have appointment next week about a prolapse, which is adding to the mix!
Any advice or encouragement would be most welcome!

I have same tablets, paracetamol 500mg and codeine, I was put on naproxen 500mg twice a day, but I decided to come off them, because was put on them in pandemic.
