Hello @Romo welcome to the online community
You have been diagnosed with OA in your feet, hands and arm and are presently waiting for physio. It is great that you have found us, we are here to support you and anyone affected by life with arthritis. You don't say what treatment if any you have been prescribed so I have attached an information page about pain management which I hope you will find helpful.
https://www.versusarthritis.org/about-arthritis/conditions/osteoarthritis-oa-of-the-foot-and-ankle/
https://www.versusarthritis.org/about-arthritis/conditions/osteoarthritis-of-the-hand-and-wrist/
https://www.versusarthritis.org/about-arthritis/managing-symptoms/managing-your-pain/
This is quite a load of information to try to absorb but we feel that the more we know the more proactive we can be when it comes to discussions with the health professionals. With that in mind I attach another link for exercises for joints and which I hope will give you an idea of what to expect when you see the physiotherapist.
Thank you for getting in touch with the community today, we hope to hear from you again soon.
Take care
Poppyjane
