Just been told I have arthritis pelvis knee I suffer with anxcity deppression this has made it so bad doc gave me codine even thou I take sleeping tablets I need them I am in so much pain seeing pysyo next week to be assesedi have cyst in both areas how do you all deal with this in so much pain please help
