Hi I have Charcot-Marie-tooth disease and have just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my ankle joint and foot. I feel my condition is in rapid decline lately. I go between wearing a moon boot to ankle strap. I’m looking for another form of pain relief as I’m currently on Dihydrocodine and Ibuprofen.
