Has anyone tried infrared light therapy and if so did it help to reduce the pain? Is it worth investing in a light device and if so which one would you recommend?

    This doesn't come up very often but a search found this thread where @JBooth130

    was talking about it, they haven't been active for a while, but depending on settings may get a prompt from this post.
