Hello
Just joined the group. Hello. Been dealing with rheumatoid arthritis since August 2020. Not the best time to start during a pandemic. Not yet on a pathway that is working and still on steroids, although mostly coping on a low dose, but have early onset osteoporosis just diagnosed. Awaiting to see about biometric medication. Anyone on these? Any questions I should be asking? Eating healthy and doing yoga most days. Work full time and don’t have much energy to do much after that. Just had a steroid injection into my most swollen knee and seen great improvement, so much so I managed to walk quite a distance. Euphoria.
