Driver Car seats best Cars for Osteoarthritis

Please any recommendations eg looking for cheap small eg hatchback or even citysize small car but use for country longer journeys eg 2015 approx. Which best seats for back pain ect? experiences please.

I've a 3 door Mazda 2 which is great for access as the door is big but I wouldn't recommend the seats. My wife has a Toyota Yaris 5 door where the access is more difficult for me but the seats are really comfortable. I use a coccyx cushion on my car seat and a lumbar support for my back.
