Work Christmas Do...
I'll start by apologising as I know it is still August! However, my work is already organising the work Christmas do (potentially 16th Dec). I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and started on methotrexate earlier this year [I'm now on 25mg] so it is also the first winter where I've been immunosuppressed (I didn't go last year as I wasn't ready for that level of socialising indoors). I'm trying to work out the potential level of risk and also what I'm happy doing. I'm also not wanting to mess up my Christmas with my family. Hoping someone further on in their journey can advise!

I'm probably more cautious than most but then I've already graced re-sus twice. Not covid: just chest infections that went wrong.
I definitely wouldn't go to the party. Apart from anything else I'd be thinking some there will probably already have been to other parties. That's how a friend's daughter and son-in-law got covid last year. But you need to decide which is more important to you - party or Christmas. Then go with your choice. Assume that both may well not be possible, though they might. However, everyone is less cautious now about covid. People whom I regard as sensible are swanning off once they feel better regardless of lfts.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
