My name is Richard, I am 68 and new to this site. Diagnosed in the last 6 months with Osteoarthritis in my knees.

Looking for discussion, advice, recommendations, tips on managing my arthritis. I have been through the NHS route and am under a consultant with next appointment in 6 months time.

I understand that you have osteoarthritis in your knees and are looking for advice and help.
