Hello @sprakash15 and welcome to the online community,
You've had a TKR and you'd like to know how you can manage the pain you're now experiencing in your legs and hips. Several of our members have had a TKR and I hope they'll come along and share their experiences. There's a recent thread that you might like to read where members talk about how they manage their post op pain:
The Versus Arthritis website has a useful page on knee replacement surgery that also might be of interest to you. The sections on recovery and looking after your knee replacement also talk about managing your pain:
Best wishes, and do let us know how you are getting on.

Thanks Anna for sharing your experience.
I my case, it was done long back, almost 10 years back. Now, I dont have much problem in my knees but on hip, back and both whole legs.
I usually use oil message and its not much effective. I walking has been reduced to 2000 steps per day. Walking was the only physical activity i was doing.
I feel weak as well, and want to get back to 7000-8000 steps per day atleast to keep myself bit active.
I am avoiding any pain killers as it has badly affected me. Am looking for alternatives to reduce the pain and get back to more active life.
Thanks.

Hi @sprakash15 have a look through the following link. There may be something that helps

When did anyone last check you over I wonder? Maybe it's not your knee causing the trouble but something else like your hips. Unless the knee has caused this trouble since you had it done?
That information has tips which aren't medication as well as some which are.
Hope you can get things under control soon.
Take care
Toni x
