I would not use ibuprofen gel and diclofenac gel at the same time as I realise they belong to the same drug "family" . However can I use them on alternate weeks ? I'm not sure which works the best for me . (Diclofenac one week ibuprofen the next. ) I realise any answers do not come from medics but does anyone have an opinion ?

Hi, as you say we are not medically trained so cannot give you any advice, but you could try your pharmacist, or call 111 and ask them. Why do you want to do this though? if one works better just use that one.

I think most people rate diclos over ibuprofen. In tablet form anyway so maybe try diclo gel first. Or ask your pharmacist.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
