I have had the newsletter for some time but never posted. Can anyone help me find a cream with more than 0.1& of Oleoresin Capsicum in it? I am using Radian B Muscle Rub at present to help manage my 2 types of Arthritis as it is at a reasonable price. I would love to use Tiger Balm but the price a round her has shot up so high £ 7.49 at Super drug that I can only afford it once in a blue moon!

I understand that you are using muscle rub to help manage your arthritis and looking for alternatives. Have you consulted your GP as they can prescribe

This is prescription only, but is very good (I use it on my hands).

Hello @Apollo149 (great name) and welcome. The Capsaicin cream works well for me, though you need to be careful and not get it in your eyes or mouth so wash your hands thoroughly after appying - unless it is yr hands of course

Thank you for your advice, I am contacting my GP to see if I can get "Capsaicin cream".
