Knee support

Hi I have osteoarthritis in both knees but my right knee is worse at the moment and I was just wondering if anyone has had any relief from wearing a knee support to help with mobility or the pain ?

Hi @Mandz57 can't comment on knee supports as mine is in my hands, but I have found compression gloves a good support. Tried a splint but found it a bit uncomfortable. Guess we are all a bit different. Good luck

I would like a good knee support for both my knees. The ones I have are the elastic sleeve type. Any suggestions would be appreciated 🙂

Just wanted to welcome @Emilym to the online community.

Looks like you both are seeking a similar answer so maybe you can help each other with you own experience?

I am really struggling with knee pain in both knees..Going out on day trips with friends has become impossible. Walking my little dog I find really difficult..I was decorating and my right knee gave way and I fell..
