Plug sockets
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to what I can use for switching off/ on a plug socket only I find it difficult to bend down to the socket and also to sometimes press the switch.
I would like to switch off some appliances for a time that I don't need on all day.
Thanks for any help on this

Hi Brenda,
If you mean the actual switches, I use anything long enough and hard enough. My pick-up stick often. Occasionally, as all my sockets are raise higher, I use a strong spatula the wrong way round ie I hold the business end and press the handle end against the switch.
I don't know if these plug aids might also help https://www.abilitysuperstore.com/collections/plug-pulls (Other stores are available) They just give us more to grab hold of.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
