Hi @Johnston68 👋
Welcome to the Online Community. You'll find a friendly group of people who all live with arthritis and help and support each other.
Some people with osteoarthritis (OA) do find benefit from heated gloves as the heat can sooth sore and stiff hands, but if your hands are swollen then using something cold is often better as it can reduce the swelling.
Have you tried hand exercises for your OA? Exercise helps to strengthen your joints and muscles, which in turn helps reduce pain.
Let us know how you get on if you give them a go.
Best wishes
