Hi,
I had my first 15mg Methotrexate injection at hospital yesterday morning and had a headache and nausea but nothing today. Do side effects come and go for everyone?

The short answer is yes. I've been on meth for years yet today I've been wondering why I'm so tired. It finally dawned on me that I'd had my meth yesterday. I find the post-meth fatigue doesn't hit every time which is why I can forget all about it.
Early symptoms can often just resolve themselves but, if you're worried about them, do contact your rheumatology helpline.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
