Swimming
Hi All does anyone find swimming helpful? I have OA and having problems with my left knee.

@Madcatwoman hello from me too.
I used to swim quite a lot for my arthritis, but stopped during covid now tend to walk instead mostly. Also my lungs won't allow me to do a whole length.
However there were a lot of people who exercised their joints in the pool some just walking up and down in the water. I think it really helps because it takes some of the pressure off being under water.
Try to find a pool with warmer water if you can
