Hi , I’m Michael and I’m new to this site .
I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the spine which has spread to most of my joints .
I’m 68 and relatively fit and quite healthy
some days the pain is what gets me out of bed of a morning . Once up and moving there is an improvement but the pain is gradually building throughout my day .
my doctor has gone all the basic tests , ie scans , and physio etc .
my doctor will only give me Co codamol
which are of no help at all
please help

Welcome to the Online community.
I understand from your post that you have Osteoarthritis which started in your spine and is now pretty widespread.
Your Dr was able to diagnose you via scans, you have tried Physiotherapy and been prescribed co-codamol which isn't helping.
