Reactive Arthritis post mild covid
My GP says that I’ve got reactive arthritis after covid. Week six now. Waiting to see rheumatology next week. My joints are stiff and painful, especially my knees. My eyes are dry and sticky. My bladder hurts. I’m exhausted. I wake up with both arms numb which is disconcerting. That scares me as does the horrendous fatigue and effect on my mobility. I’m seeking info, advice, self help, encouragement. I’m 46. Very healthy lifestyle and diet. Usually exercise a lot. Am keeping moving with gentle yoga but wish I could go walking but it causes my knees and back to flare more and knocks me out.
