Feeling pain even in my sleep

Hi everyone

i have osteoarthritis in both ankles. They are painful most of the time but recently I feel pain during my sleep. I somehow feel pain even though I am asleep. This happens everyday regardless of the activities I did during the day. Whether I sleep all day or do some work it’s the same every single day.
