Have you seen this @GalaxyA12 ?
I have used a chilled bottle of water underneath my feet.
Best wishes

A spiky ball does sound quite comforting doesn't it?
I've never tried it but I have like Ellen used a bottle of water with ice in it. My feet are recently very sore and burning, but don't fit the symptoms for plantar fasciitis.
I have also recently had some insoles made which so far I am not convinced have made much difference.
If you try the ball do let me know if it helps.
Take care

Told definitely not Spiked Ball by Physio due my feet.
Sole brand Insoles recommend various depending your feet condition excellent Orthopedic. Merrell trainers great I have raised arches and some Plantir Facilities.Looking for recommendations low sugar and Fodma Cocoa Powder likely online not more than £5 a Container as severe IBS limitation.Regular foot excercise each incident of pain and keeping moving out of a chair is great relief.
