Hand ,wrist Joint pains
Hi everyone
My name is Neil Morgan I have been suffering with arthritis in my hands and wrists for a long time now and struggle to carry out most tasks . My left hand and right wrist are swollen badly day in day out . I feel that I have been let down by the NHS since covid .

Welcome to the forum, @Neil53 . I see that you have arthritis in hands and wrists. Your left hand and right wrist are particularly swollen. Daily tasks are becoming more difficult.

I don't know if you've tried compression gloves but I find they really help both by the compression they give and the heat they retain in my hands and wrists. Also I don't know if you do any exercises for your hands, the occupational therapist I saw gave me exercises as well as exercise putty which I use.

Thanks to advice on here, I have found compression gloves really help with a wrist splint when necessary. The hand and wrist exercises I have found to be helpful too. They free up the joints a little and allow me to do a bit more with my hands afterwards.
