Hi, I was diagnosed with RA 3 months ago and I want to know why should oli follow diet if I am not overweight?

I hope these links help you to glean the information you want. We are all different and some foods suit us better than others. So often it is a case of trial and error, working out what your calorific needs are -depending on your life style, work and activities etc, then sometimes learning a whole new range of recipes. The thing is not to rush, let your body adjust to your medication and try to maintain a healthy balance.
This is an ongoing discussion among our members so I hope some will join in to advise you soon.
