Newly diagnosed
Hi all, I was recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my shoulder. The pain is horrendous and I’m waiting for an MRI scan to see how much cartilage has gone as the x-Ray showed some damage and where it’s bone.
I’m currently on Zapain and Naproxen which does help a little but I’m in constant pain. I’m self employed and driving just makes the pain worse.
Any advice on pain management would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Jay

Hi Peter, many thanks for the prompt reply.
The exercises will be a great help I’m sure some of them I already do.
My biggest concern is the inability to drive because it gives me great pain. I’m self employed and can’t be off work much longer. I have a phone call on Tuesday to arrange an appointment for MRI scan.
regards
Jay
