Hello wanting a bit of advice

I've had spine arthritis and stenosis about 6 years just been diagnosed with it my neck

I had injections in the past and the burning procedure about 3 years ago I was told.few weeks ago there was no point I having it as it didn't work back then.

I've since been to.a health place and had massge acupuncture and cupping which they said I need to have all of them dome once a week which would cost me alot can you advise are all those 3 things needed once a week??

I understand that you have just been diagnosed with arthritis in your neck. I also understand that you have been trying complimentary treatments and wondering if they are worth the money. As with all complimentary treatments and medicines some things work for some people and not for others. I am sure others on here will share their success stories with you. Hi @Hickey unfortunately we moderators are not medically trained so can't pass an opinion as to whether it would help. I believe that some NHS authorities offer it as a treatment. You would need to check with your GP or Consultant.
