Always try & get a positive out of a bad situation
Sorry haven't posted for a few days but all been abit chaotic!! They say things come in 3's so hopefully things are about to improve ☺️
1.. I had a bad fall in public resulting in 2 broken toes, bruising all over including my dignity 😅
2..my husband had a TIA on Thursday & in hospital but being well looked after ☺️
3..Having a flare up probably through worry about husband 🙄
But the positive out of all those negatives is I've taken the free time between hospital visits (as I'm his full time carer) to get all my Christmas present wrapping done 🎄🎁🎄

I like your positive attitude but go easy on yourself. You've had two nasty shocks, one of which was both physical and emotional, and either one could account for a flare. Keep busy, by all means (dwelling on negatives is no good at all) but gently so.
If it's any help, I had a TIA about three years ago and no problems since.
How are the toes?
Forget about the dignity. Dignity and arthritis are a poor mix😆

Toes are badly bruised & abit painful so wearing soft shoes 👍 dignity's overrated anyway 😂 taking time out while Jon's in hospital to rest up abit & had a nice foot spa when I got home from visiting him today which was just what I needed ☺️
