Osteoarthritis in hips
Hi there,
I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis a few years ago now. I’m in so much pain when I’m walking and in the evenings I get shooting pains downs my leg. I’m waiting to see a consultant. I was also told my hip bones and pelvis are not aligned right and the hip ball in the socket should be round but mine is an oval shape so it jabs away at the cartilage. Does anyone else have similar experiences and if so how do you cope?

Hi, @Liplinergal and welcome to the Forum.
I understand that you have Osteoarthritis. Your chief difficulty is the pain of walking and shooting pains in your legs. You have been told that the ball in your hop is out of shape.
