Why cnt I put links on here bout wat I use with my arthritis it's just bout cream I put on me :-(

Hello @Tigs The Community rules do not allow advertising, but there is nothing to stop you putting on here what you use, so long as it does not advertise a vendor, e.g. I use Voltarol gel is perfectly fine, so long as you don't then say something like buy it at Tesco

Hope that helps. We are always looking for people's experiences of how creams etc. have helped them.
