I’m new on here so this is just to say hello really. I’ve had fibromyalgia since 2008 and was told I have an auto immune disorder shortly afterwards but nobody has been able to diagnose exactly what it is. It makes complete sense to me that the current thinking that fibro is an auto immune condition in its own right and I can’t wait for someone to find a treatment for it. I would absolutely be up for being part of any trials! I also have intracranial hypertension and a PE on my lung which is stubbornly not breaking down, and this year I have become much weaker and can’t do any activity without being overcome with exhaustion and pain. I really want to dig myself out of the hole I feel like I’m in because I’m losing all motivation to do anything at all now and that’s no life!

I’m on my own and have very little practical support and only a few friends, so any ideas or advice from fellow sufferers would be gratefully received.
