Support groups in my area

Hello, I'm Joanne, 62 and have cervical spondylosis in my neck and arthritis in my spine which affects my back. Been going through a rough time recently, as I'm sure you can all relate to. Anyway, I'm sure there used to be a support group in my town years ago (Wisbech in Cambridgeshire) Anyone know where I could get local support? Thank you
