Hi
Hi I'm new to the site. I have osteoarthritis in all my joints, including my small joints, also in the top and base of my spine. I also have hypermobility and fibromyalgia. I'm on a high amount of opiates, and having injections in my knees every 6 months, yet I'm still in a lot of pain, especially with my right knee. It's keeping me awake at night. It just feels like my bones are grinding together all the time and it radiates down my calf. There is never a time where it doesn't hurt and it's really getting me down. Does anyone else have this problem?

I have attached a couple links for your information and hope you find this helpful while you are waiting for other responses:

I think we all have the pŕoblèm of pain but where, when anď how it is can differ.
Have you seen a physio? Exercises might help. They do me.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
