I'm I've just been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and spondylosis trying to get as much information as I can so I can start to get my head around all this looking forward to hearing back thanks 🙂.

One thing we all learn when newly diagnosed is not to let it overwhelm us. Take it slowly it is a lot for you and your family to come to terms with.
