Osteoarthritis
Any one any tips on pain i have just started to change my diet to see if that helps with the pain have had my second injection from my doctor while the first worked well second not so much so still on over the counter meds

Nice to meet you. Welcome to the forum from me. I hope you find it as helpful as I have over the years.
I don't know what kind of Arthritis you have or hiw where it affects you.
I have a arsenal of things I use from paracetamol to prescribed meds a (new) tens machine to my microwaveable wheatbag.
