Which Is The Best Medication For You.
I'm using Paracetamol and Voltarol at the moment plus various types of hand supports.
I have seen Capsaicin mentioned on the forum but it's suggested it takes time to start working.
Grateful for all replies and your experiences.
Thanks

I have a few tricks up my sleeve @Mrsdunit
My 24 hour prescription anti-inflammatory and codeine now (Stopped using prescribed pain patches when they stopped being effective). Stopped taking amitriptyline and tramadol and gabapentin as they were all not much use to me sadly. I use a warm wheatbag (the kind you microwave) and a tens machine too. Like you I never underestimate the use of simple paracetamol.
As I also have inflammatory Arthritis as well as Osteo now I take disease modifying anti rheumatic drugs too to prevent too much damage to my joints.
I would love to try capsaicin for the OA parts of me and would be interested to hear how you get on.
Take care
Toni x
