Hello @Kimey and welcome to the community. We are a friendly and supportive group and I hope that you will have that experience as well.

I understand that you have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia but do not say how this affects you. We normally try and provide some useful info for a first post, e.g. osteoarthritis of the hand, but have a look through the following from our website anyway, there may be something of interest.
