I am new to arthritis,, I am 86 years of age, and not used to living alone either!

mostly in my knees, so mobility issues suddenly upon me.

I am told, that I am fortunate to have reached this age, and only just had any serious

health issues,,

I am taking turmeric tablets, and now found that I am quite loose(!) bowel wise.

please excuse,,, too much information?

I do have a strange sense of humour also, so you can`t see me smiling here.

so really just wondering if anyone else taking turmeric, oh I forgot to say, I do feel as

thought these tablets have helped my pain, but not my mobility.

I Personally would not touch Turmeric any more, so many problems with my pancreas and stomach and doctor at a big london hospital said"it will screw up your stomach and then as much as it helps pain it will make you sick!" That is my experience and i am not going to make anyone"S mind up at all, i am a pretty good cook and i can use lots of flavourings, use celery to flavour savoury stuff like mild curry and yoghurt
