Hello everyone I just came home after a visit to emergency trip to hospital.

I started having pains on Friday night in my back and shoulders. thought it was muscle pain but Saturday pain was unbearable. Down my left arm upper back and neck..I was in tears.

Just rested at home took painkillers and used gel. But yesterday I was dizzy, sweating and breathless. After 18 hours of bloods test, xray and more blood test. I've been told it Nerve pain..because I have RA. OMG I was in so much pain at hospital today.

Any help, recommendations, food tips.

I've been given napproxen..more meds..Help please
