Hello, I am hoping to learn more about arthritis by joining the online community. This is my first post.

    I have psoriatic arthritis in my knees, I take supplements to alleviate the condition - one alternative thing I've tried is "Devils Claw" (as droplets into water) bought from a local health shop; I think this has a good affect on flexibility of muscles etc.
