Hello my name is Paul
I joined this because my partner thought it might be a help to me, I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my spine and I find I’m really struggling mentally and physically, I have tried everything that I have been told to do, I had a good blip from it for 3 weeks, but it has come back with avengement and every day I wake up thinking am I going to be in pain again! Where will the pain be ( it seems to move all over) I don’t understand why? Any help out there, I am on pregabalin, and tramadol- sometimes they help sometimes they don’t, it is consuming my life and I’m struggling.
