Hi @Bigbanana90
Welcome and thank you for joining our online community :)
So sorry to hear that you've been experiencing pain every day, it can be tricky. It seems like you've tried quite a few different types of medicines, I wonder if you've been referred to a pain clinic to explore further nonmedicinal options too? The practitioners can explore physical therapies, psychological therapies and complementary and alternative therapies. Or even asking to see a physiotherapist may help as exercising and keeping our joints moving can be quite helpful.
I've included some links below you may find useful to read.
And remember you can always ring the Versus Arthritis helpline and talk to one of the advisors if you need further support on 0800 5200 520 :)
Best wishes,

Hi I've had Fibromyalgia for 19 years now and find that non medical ways of treating it work very well. I try to walk as much a possible and also try to practice mindfulness to stop that panic feeling when in a pain flare. Do you use you tube at all,if so I would recommend Dan Buglio on there and on Facebook. The methods used sound a bit woo woo but I swear they helped me more than painkillers ever do. I find a lot of it for me is about that old cliche self care you need to reduce stress as much as possible in your life and try to deal with anything that might have traumatised you or is a source of contention in your life. You are your top priority in dealing with this. Good healthy food, gentle exercise, taking care of your mental health and most importantly good sleep are a must when long with Fibromyalgia. I hope you get some relief from the pain soon. Mine hasn't completely gone but instead of completely overwhelming me it's more of a background buzz
