Mild kyphosis: can it be corrected without surgery?

Sorry for another question! I have kyphosis of the mid-spine and wondered if I can go any way to correcting this with posture or bracing? I know there’s spinal fusion, but I’m not ready for that :-s
Happy Christmas everybody🎄

I'm, thankfully, not familiar with kyphosis but I had a quick NHS google. Is this of any use? https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/kyphosis/treatment/
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Hi Stickywicket, thank you for this. I had seen this page but it’s unclear about the prognosis in adults. My feeling is that nothing can be done, but I was wishing for some hope as my curvature is not severe.
Take care,
