You’d like to know if it’s ok to take herbal remedies when you have RA.

There might be herbs and supplements which could help with pain and inflammation but RÀ is an autoimmune disease. Our immune systems are faulty and attacking our,own bodies. They need Diseasw Modifying Anti Rheumatic Drugs (DMARDS) to hold back the disease itself. Without them it has free rein to do its worst.

If you want to try herbal supplements alongside your DMARDS do check with your rheumatologist that they will not interact.
