New to community unfortunately not new to osteoarthritis!
Hi all new to the community but have long standing osteoarthritis. I have reached a low point and have some questions about how to manage myself from now on, so will be heading over to the osteoarthritis section to ask!

Welcome to the community, I am glad you have found us now you need some extra support and yes please ask as amny questions as you need to. I am not sure what kind of symptoms you are trying to manage at the moment but this information on the website might be useful for a few ideas
