I have been a member for a while now, but I do find it hard to chat on forums. It's nice to see such positive help from everyone.

    Hope you have had a good Christmas so far.

    This is a great site to have a chat with others suffering Arthritis. I’m fairly newly diagnosed. What about you?

    Hi Lost,

    maybe just start by getting to know folk in Val's Cafe. Chat about anything there - rather like a chat over the garden fence or whilst queuing to buy a coffee. Also by responding to other folks posts - bet you have a few tips to share or pitfalls to avoid! When you feel comfortable, tell us a bit about your own arthritis and anything you want support/ideas for.

    I have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.
